When you have created the profile, please send us your application details to firstname.lastname@example.org .
The application form may be written on the PC, but it must be printed and signed. Should be written in English.
After the interview:
Print and deliver to your physician who must do the necessary tests and fill in the certificate.
Copy of diploma
To be delivered both in the the original language and english. Your school will normally translate the diploma for you.
To be confirmed by Notarius Publicus or your school.
Copy of vaccination card or other documentation of vaccines
Enclose copy of documents showing all vaccines you have taken with the application.
Confirmed copy of your passport
Picture and personal information to be confirmed by Notarius Publicus or an police station.
Four passport photos - not older than 1 year
The photos should be in standard size 3,5 cm x 4,5 cm. Put your name on the back of the photos.
You enclose a motivation letter in english on maximum 4000 charachters explaining why you are applying.
Copy of recommendation letters from previous employers

All applicants must take part in an admission interview. Subjects from biology, chemistry and physics, in addition to the applicants motivation, education and experience from work / volunteer may be covered.
The interviews are executed by prof. dr hab. Arkadiusz Jawien, Director of the Centre for Medical Education in English, together with one of his professor colleagues at Collegium Medicum and leader of Agder Vitenskapsakademis admission office, Thor Kristian Hanisch.
